Dr Bijaya Laxmi Gurung, GMC 8139436, is a qualified General Surgeon and an Affiliate Medical Member of the British Association of Hair Restoration Surgery. She comes from a huge surgical pedigree and has honed her skills at the nuanced, delicate procedure of hair transplant surgery.

Dr Gurung qualified with a Masters in General Surgery and became a Member of the Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh in 2025. She has learnt and honed the delicate skill of hair transplant surgery under the tutelage of Drs Fernando and Vara at The Treatment Rooms London.

Dr Gurung has a specialist interest in hair transplant surgery for male, female and transgender patients. With her surgical pedigree, she performs FUT hair transplant surgery and FUE hair transplant surgery to the highest of standards. She personally performs incisions, extractions and implantations of hair follicles, ensuring patients receive the highest standards of care.
