Patients will then be seen in person by their Surgeon who will assess:
- The psychosocial impact of their poor hair transplant result
- How repair hair transplant surgery could help based upon:
- The severity of the poor previous result
- The goals and expectations of patient
- Available donor hair that can be transplanted

- Email screen
- Free virtual consultation with a dedicated Surgeon to assess patient requirements
- Following virtual consultation, an in-person consultation is then arranged to finalise the surgical plan
- Finalise surgery date
- On surgery day - the operation is performed by your dedicated hair transplant surgeon met during your virtual and in-person consultations
- Bespoke aftercare package and follow-up as routine
