This gentleman’s hairline was designed according to his natural profile and where his hair would have been if he had not lost any hair. Bringing his hairline too far forward would look unnatural and would not suit him when he ages. An extraction of 1450 grafts for implantation into the frontal and temporal hairlines was carried out using the FUE (follicular unit excision) method in one session.
