This young patient was conscious of his hair loss in his early 20s. He was proactive in starting medications to prevent further hair loss but ultimately wanted his hair to be restored in areas where he had lost it. He chose to undergo FUE hair transplantation to his temples and to bolster his hairline frontally.

Extraction of 1223 grafts for implantation into the frontal and temple hairlines. This was carried out using the FUE (follicular unit excision) method in one day. His recovery was uncomplicated.
