Plastic Surgery Undressed: FUE Hair Transplants with Dr Dilan Fernando

As featured on BBC’s Plastic Surgery Undressed, Dr Fernando answers common questions and debunks the usual myths around FUE hair transplant surgery and hair loss.

Being the lead FUE hair transplant surgeon at The Treatment Rooms London, Dr Fernando was selected by the producers of Plastic Surgery Undressed to participate in the programme, raising awareness and educating people about hair transplant surgery. As you may know, he already takes a proactive role in educating patients about hair transplant surgery not only in The Treatment Rooms London, but also as part of his role within the British Association of Hair Restoration Surgery (BAHRS).

Plastic Surgery Undressed is a 6-part BBC series about Cosmetic Surgery. Hair transplant surgery forms one whole episode whereby patients and the audience take a look at a live hair transplant taking place. The patients then get a chance to ask Dr Fernando questions about the surgery and he provides his expert advice as a hair transplant surgeon.
